What shredding services do you offer?
We offer a one-time bulk shred (often referred to as a "purge") and on-going route service where we pick up your confidential documents every week, every other week, or every four weeks, depending upon your requirements. 

How do you shred documents?
We shred documents on our mobile shredding truck "on-site" at your location.

Why don't you offer off-site (plant-based) shredding?
We don't provide off-site shredding, as it can be risky for a couple of reasons. First, with off-site shredding, all confidential documents remain on the truck throughout the day, "un-shredded" and
​in tact. So you have to trust that your documents will not be compromised at any point until they are shredded hours or sometimes even days later.
Second, most off-site shredding companies "hand-sort" these confidential documents, in order to separate out the pure white paper and maximize their revenue when the paper is recycled. This hand-sorting means your confidential documents can be viewed during this process.
With our on-site shredding, all of your confidential documents go straight from your bin to our shredding truck, and you can even watch the shredding process on our truck's video monitor.

How will I know if everything has been shredded?
You can view the entire shredding process on our truck's video monitor.

Will I receive documentation that my confidential information has been shredded?
We will give you a certificate of destruction for your records, each and every time we shred. This documentation (which you can't get when you use an office shredder) can come in handy in the event of an audit or a lawsuit; because it shows that you have a history of shredding on an on-going basis.

How much do your shredding services cost?
For one-time bulk shreds (purges) the cost depends on how many boxes of documents you need to shred, as well as the size of the boxes. Do you supply free security containers?
Yes our containers are free to all on-going service customers.

Do you recycle our shredded documents?
Yes, we recycle 100% of your shredded documents.

If I want on-going service, do I need to sign a contract?
We want to keep our customer because we provide a great service at a competitive price. That's why we do not require that you sign a contract for on-going service. However, if you would prefer to sign an agreement, we would be happy to accommodate you.

Can you provide information security training for our employees?
We provide information security training fr our customers's employees on an as-needed basis.
